Dr. Johanna Budwig is known as one of Germany's premier
biochemist. In addition, Dr. Budwig holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science, she has undergone

Dr. Johanna preaches against the use of what she calls "pseudo" fats. In order

names such as hydrogenated and polyunsaturated.
Chemical processing of fats destroys the
vital electron cloud within the fat. Once electrons have been removed, these fats can

Dr. Ernst
In one of her interviews
she was introduced to Siegried Ernst, M.D. who is a rare and
dedicated man who counts among his personal friends the current Pope as well
as many other dignitaries and
seventeen years ago Dr. Ernst had developed cancer for which
he had
major surgery requiring removal of his stomach. Two years later he had a
recurrence of the cancer and was offered chemotherapy as the only available
